Yesterday we did our barre on pointe. It was really fun and I loved it. A lot.
It doesn't hurt as much as it used to.
But I did terribly on the floor and it was discouraging.

Then I hung out with Tom.
It was...rad.

Then I came home.

Today I have been working on my Amer. Hist. Test, which is kind of hard, being as I gave up paying attention to anything other than how fucking cute my teacher is.

I got my pointe shoes.
I suppose I am happy with them. They do not hurt if you have the ouch pouch. I decided to go up with out them and it hurt. Real bad.

I got the Harry Potter book which has been really good so far, I am on like chapter 10 I think, there is only one thing they are talking baout that I don't remember from the last book, and I am assuming when they talk about "what happened at the ministry" they are reffering to that fight that lasted like 40 pages in book 5?

I spent the entire game staring at other people and I probably looked creepy.
I decided that the majority of people who attend baseball games are people who I probably wouldn't like.

My grandma got her the same thing I got her for her birthday, which is sort of like a trike, but Kim says she wanted one for outside anyway.

I would avise other vegetarians/vegans to not venture into a steakhouse with any hope whatsoever to eat, only hope to vomit from the smell. It was rather lovely. But, thankfully, I wasn't very hungry anymore once I smelled the place(I completely lost it when I saw all that meat [which there hasn't been much of around my house lately]) so it wasn't so bad when I realized that I had no options other than fried zuchini, which too was topped with paremesan cheese.
I got a chicken salad with no chicken, but it had cheese on it, and italian dressing, so I didn't eat.

My favorite part of it all though is the constant smart ass remarks and irrelevant questions I have been asked about animal rights, along with strait up made fun of.

Cool dude. Family support.

I need everyone to know that I have started planning my Sweet Sixteen.
It is next year, but I also have been waiting for this since I was little girl.
I think now that it is in six months, I can very well start planning it.

And we are going to Vegas at the end of the month so I can pick a hotel.
I hope I can bring someone, to help me pick.

I am thinking, in no particular order,

3)Ceasers Palace
4)Monte Carlo
5)Excalibur (eh)
6)Hard Rock (it only has 11 floors which is really boring to me, and is decorated in that "modern" way that I hate-almost as much as modern "dance")
7)stratosphere (has REALLY ugly bedspreads)
8)The Rio, which I like A LOT, it isn't on the strip but it's only a mile away and it is my second and most realistic choice

Yeah I think I just made my choice.

I kind of wanted to stay in San Fransisco but that would require flying which I don't do.

Looks like the protest will be the 23rd?

And I also need everyone to realize that "Sweet Fantasy" is the greatest Mariah Carey song of all time.

So today was job hunting and hanging out with David,

Krissy got kicked out of her house and I'm pretty sure she is living with Lee.
This is terrible but I want her job really bad.
I'm going tomorrow.
I was pretty sure she was gone today, but they were closed, so hopefully tomorrow they will be open and I can say that I'm really good friends with her and she won't be coming back.

I also went to some other places but I really want to work at the tea toom, really, really bad.

But I am sad because she is my best friend and things probably won't ever be the same.
And plus she won't get her pointe shoes. I am really, really sad.

But at the same time I am happy because...

1)she finally gets to live with her boyfriend, and
2)I can probably get her job!

Oh no, Dave just called me and him and Kyle are stranded on the side of the road and I am having my Mom go get them.
Because I am worried about them.

Anyway so I am going to do a demo at the mall with Pilar, she doesn't know it yet but I know she will cause she is the coolest girl ever.

IF THERE IS ANYONE ELSE WHO IS INTERESTED IN ANIMAL RIGHTS WHO WANTS TO HELP OUT PLESE LET ME KNOW,

I finished Anthem last night.
It is a very good book. Very, very good.
I would reccomend it to anyone and everyone.

I would also reccomend that everyone download the song "Boo" by Pinback and listen to it on repeat for the rest of their lives because that is what I intend to do.

Tomorrow afternoon/night we [Me, David, Tom and Tawnie] are going down to Oceanside for our regularly scheduled weekly adventures. At the beach. At night. Minus Zach. And Minus Krissy and Lee but that is not a positive.

I am almost finished with ANTHEM which so far I love a lot.

I am so excited for Tom and Tawnie, I think they will like eachother. I hope at least get along.

Saturday hopefully I'm doing Food Not Bombs, and Sunday my Mom and I are going shopping.

Things are going so well.

I am starting to feel like myself. Like I never have before. I don't think I've ever been so comfortable in my own skin as I have been lately. I'm going to make this last.

By the way, if anyone is interested in helping out with Food Not Bombs, give me a call or leave a comment cause I'd like to go with a bunch of people, I've never been before but I know some one who does it in another state and he says it's a great organization and he has fun doing it. What they do is take food that other people would normally throw away (like bakers have to throw away stuff by law) and serve it. It's all Vegitarian/Vegan food too. You can just eat or help. After all, why should people be starving in a world of abundance?

I got in trouble last night at school for talking about animal rights...

I was arguing with this girl and I owned her, and therefore I am a bully and I am making the classroom a hostile enviornment and if I do it again I will be dropped?

I gave out some leaflets too.
I didn't get in trouble for that.

I think my teacher smokes weed. Becuase he moves really slowly and is confused a lot and his eyes are always blood shot.

I was very upset that I got yelled at for having an opinion.
I don't really think I did anything wrong, no where does it say that I am not allowed my right to free speech in that class during a break(during which we happened to stay inside the classroom), and no where does it say that you cannot own bitches lifes. I don't think that it is my fault that she is a hipocrital, animal abusing peice of shit.

She was talking about how she only eats free range meat, and is involved with this orginization that is all about raising animals in a clean and healthy way, being all self-rightous and what not. So I asked if she bought milk and cheese from the grocery store, and she was like "oh, yes, milk and chesse.." and I cut her off and I was like "Then you are supporting factory farms and the abuse of animals." And she had nothing to say. Not a damn thing.

And I got in trouble for that.

URGH! I am filled with angst!

Then we went shopping, At albertsons. My mom is being very supportive of my transition to veganism, which makes it all very, very easy.

Something is wrong I think.

I don't have ballet for a week.
I am very upset about it.

I want my freaking book so bad.
I got a package today and I was so excited and I ran and dived for it, but it was not my book.

I bought "Anthem" by Ayn Rand today. It should come in like 2 weeks at most I'm guessing.

Max has been telling me about this book forever and I have read nothing but good things about it, so I am rather excited to finallly read it.

Today we went to the Eye Doctor for my little sister Sierra. She needs glasses. Badly I guess.
She is terribly farsighted.

I almost cried though. Like when they dialated her pupils it upset me a lot.
But she was fine, is fine, and is going to be great.

We picked out glasses today and they are cute on her.
She gets them in a week.

Then we went shopping for the old man, and brought him his grocerices.

I have dance and school tonight. Like everyday of my life.

Is it okay to be bored as fuck? I haven't been this restless in such a long, long time.

I really miss David, I haven't talked to him since Monday and I probably won't talk to him tonight.

I hate Coheed and Cambria. The guy who sings sounds like a girl when he is supposed to be a boy and it bothers me and he is the most immediate outlet for my nameless discontent, and that is the only real reason why it bothers me.

Plus, his stupid girl voice and his bullshit emo ass lyrics take me back to times that I would not quickly call better ones. But I would have to admit that they were easier than today.

I am painfully lonely. I know that I have David, whom I am infinitely thankful for. But that doesn't change what I do not have. I wouldn't go into detail about whatever it is I feel I lack, even if I knew what it was. Because that is not what

Emancipation

Emancipation is a legal procedure by which the court frees children from the custody and control of their parents or guardians before they reach the age of 18.

A minor may petition the Superior Court of the county in which the minor resides or is temporarily domiciled for a “Declaration of Emancipation.” In San Diego County, all emancipation petitions are heard in Juvenile Court.

Once emancipated, minors may do certain things without their parent’s consent, such as:

Consent to medical treatment
Apply for a work permit
Enroll in school or college
Emancipation is usually permanent. However, if there are false statements on the petition or if the minor becomes unable to support himself or herself, the court may set aside the declaration of emancipation.

Emancipation packets (forms and procedure) may be obtained from any one of the Juvenile Court locations. There is a $1.00 fee for the packet. Completed paperwork is submitted to one of the following locations:

For greater San Diego County residents
Juvenile Central
2851 Meadow Lark Drive
San Diego, CA 92123

For North County residents
North County Courthouse
325 South Melrose Drive
Vista, CA 92081

The filing fee is $300.50. This fee must be paid at the time of filing unless the fee waiver forms accompany the filing. Wards and dependents of the court automatically qualify for the waiver, but still have to fill out the forms.

Emancipation Requirements
(State of California)
1. The minor is at least 14 years of age.

2. The minor willingly lives separate and apart from the minor’s parents or guardian with the consent or acquiescence of the minor’s parents or guardian.

3. The minor is managing his or her own financial affairs.

As evidence of this, the minor must complete and attach a declaration of income and expenses (Judicial Council form MC-306).
4. The source of the minor’s income must not be derived from any activity declared to be a crime by the laws of the State of California or of the United States.

San Diego Juvenile Court, in addition to the state, requires the following:

1. The minor must have valid photo identification.

California identification card, driver’s license, or military I.D.
Original birth certificate accompanied by a current school year picture identification card may be substituted.
2. The minor must submit a budget showing income and expenses for a period of at least three (3) months, with attached verification of income and expenses for a period of at least one (1) month.

Proof of income and expenses must accompany the budget.
Verification may include pay stubs and receipts for rent, utilities, food, transportation, and/or other expenses.
All documents must be originals; they will be returned to the minor.

Looks like I'll be needing to get a job soon.
I read somehere else that I'll also need a lawyer, but I'm not sure if that's true for California.

I'm not sure if I will be dancing on pointe.

I like this constant flow of performances.

And I like being in ballet 4, I like the pressure.
I feel like I'm learning again.

On July 11th I'm being moved up again to ballet 5!
